Journal #16 February 16, 2009
Sorry I know this is a little late but I just wanted yall to read it. Also I am a little behind on my blogging for South Africa, so stay tuned for my next posting, its going to be awesome!!!!
So Namibia has been my favorite place so far. From the people, the places, the food, even thought it made me sick, to the animals, I loved it all. Today I just stayed in Walvis Bay and did some shopping. I got lots of cool things!!! During this trip I made some really good friends that I think I will get along with well in the future. I actually met two people from my home town so that was pretty cool. They went to Hampton Roads Academy so we played them in sports. So as of right now we have just left Namibia and we are on our way to South Africa. Tomorrow we do not have classes so it will be a day of relaxation!! We will get to SA on Wednesday and that day I am doing a service visit. I am probably going to help build a house for habitat for humanity. Then on Thursday I am leaving for a 3 day Safari. That should be really fun.
